Meet the Team
At JCBS, our work is powered by three dedicated departments, each playing a vital role in supporting people with developmental disabilities across Johnson County:
Targeted Case Management – Our Case Managers advocate for and work closely with individuals and their families to coordinate services, navigate resources, and help each person achieve their goals.
Administrative Department – Behind the scenes, our administrative team keeps the agency running smoothly by handling finance, compliance, and day-to-day operations.
Community Resources & Outreach – This team connects the community to vital supports and information through education, partnership-building, and special programs designed to enhance inclusion and accessibility.
